By booking a camel ride or tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

• Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Prices are agreed at the time of booking and cover the services described.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel more than 7 days before the tour: Full refund

• Cancel 2–7 days before the tour: 50% refund

• Cancel less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund

Cancellation requests must be made by email or phone.

3. Tour Changes or Cancellations by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Our Responsibility

• We provide guided camel rides and tours with professional local staff.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third parties

5. Your Responsibility

• Follow all guide’s instructions during the tour.

• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special needs.

• Ensure you have valid travel insurance covering activities such as camel riding.

6. Age & Participation

• Participants must be physically fit to join the activity.

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have guardian consent.

7. Acceptance of Terms
